In warmer weather, before opening your body butter or scrub, place it in the refrigerator for a few hours to let it harden just in case it may have melted in route to you. The quality of our products are not affected by the melting. The items still contains all the goodness.
The butter or scrub will still serve its purpose of keeping you moisturized and glowing. The whipped consistency will change when the items are exposed to heat. In order to achieve the fluffy and airy whipped body butter it is whipped which tiny air bubbles increase the size of the butter. When we fill our jars they are weighed and filled to the top with butter. However, if melting of the butter happens the air bubbles collapse and the volume decreases.
Our products are made with all natural butters and oils. In route to you the bottles or jars may experience leaking. We have taken precautions to help eliminate the leaking. However, packages are handled across different hands and states to make it to you. We know things happen, so please be careful when opening your products.

These butters have a shelf life of 1 year, but we know you will love them so much and run out before then. Our products are all natural and do not contain any preservatives. Please refrain from using the product with wet hands to avoid bacteria being added to the product which can cause mold.
Processing & Shipping
Our products are hand made and made with lots of love. Due to an influx in orders processing times have been delayed. Please allow 6-10 business days for processing. Once orders are processed allow 2-3 days for shipping. To help melting in the summer months we only ship orders Monday-Thursday. During the current pandemic shipping may be delayed and may take longer than expected. Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive an email tracking confirmation. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. Also, in light of the global pandemic and sanitary reasons it is unsafe for us to accept returns on any of our products. All sales are final.
